MICHAEL GRANT

Michael Grant’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with experience across antitrust, federal securities, mass tort, and general commercial disputes.

Michael has represented clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, ranging from motion practice through fact and expert discovery and into trial. He has significant experience overseeing fact discovery in large, multi-party matters and regularly first chairs depositions and prepares witnesses for trial testimony. He has also advised clients on the antitrust implications of cross-border mergers.

Before joining Brithem, Michael was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He also previously clerked for the Hon. Robert Kirsch of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Michael received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as senior submissions editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
