Jordanna Nadritch

Email: jnadritch@brithem.com

Jordanna directs Brithem’s artificial intelligence strategy, drawing on deep involvement in the development and training of leading AI tools for practicing lawyers.

At Brithem, Jordanna leads the selection, implementation, training, and deployment of AI across the firm’s operations. Her work advances the premise the firm was built on: that a small team of senior lawyers using the right technology can prevail against much larger adversaries. She also leads the practice management function at Brithem.

Jordanna spent 11 years at Practical Law, the legal know-how service owned by Thomson Reuters, where she served as content lead for the Bankruptcy & Restructuring service. As Thomson Reuters built generative capability into its platforms, she worked on the integration of the pioneering AI product CoCounsel and on the training of the models behind it.

Earlier in her career, Jordanna practiced corporate bankruptcy and restructuring law, advising corporate debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. She served as a partner at Olshan Frome Wolosky and as an associate at Fried Frank.

Jordanna sits on the board of directors of Sharsheret, a national nonprofit supporting women and families facing breast and ovarian cancer.
